Electricity tower rod inner and outside longitudinal seam welding machine is our company´s years research and development result, which is the professional equipment for electric tower rod production company. This equipment is easy operated, high welding efficiency, good welding seam formation, and can track seam automatically during welding, welding gun can make adjustment up and down, left and right automatically. The welding machine control system adopt advanced centralized control, use a hand control box can adjust the equipment´s all functions and welding power´s current and voltage. Inner longitudinal seam welding machine match with CO2 shielded welding, outside longitudinal seam welding machine match with submerged arc welding.

Inner longitudinal seam welding machine can finish the inner longitudinal welding for electricity tower rod with max length 12m and diameter 300-1800mm. the welding machine´s welding gun equipped with welding wig-wag, user can adjust the seam formation width according to welding requirement; there installed television surveillance cameras nearby welding gun, operator can observe the welding seam tracking situation from control table´s monitor.

Outside longitudinal seam welding machine can make outside longitudinal welding for electricity tower rod with diameter 300mm-1800mm. this equipment´s SAW welding head equipped with two dimensional tracking device to adjust the welding gun automatically according to welding seam´s trend during welding. This welding system also equipped with solder recycle machine for recycling and reusing the available solder. This equipment can equipped with two working station welding to improve plant utilization factor.
