ZF series Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine tools are designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Yueda Technology Equipment Co.,Ltd. The design principle of the device is to provide uniform and stable clamping and cooling effect of the workpiece by using the key-pressing mechanism. During welding, the excess heat on the workpiece is quickly conducted away from the weld to reduce the weld penetration and workpiece deformation.

The equipment can be used for single side welding and double side forming. All weldable materials can be welded on the longitudinal seam welder. Such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy and other materials.

Clamping workpiece structure: thin plate, cylindrical workpiece, cone, vertebral body and box structure.
