2. H Beam Group Assembly Machine
Vertical machine is mainly composed of three parts, The first part is the mechanical part, which is mainly composed of the input roller table, the host machine and the output roller table. The second part is the hydraulic part, in which there are 9 sets of oil cylinders and 1 set of hydraulic power system. The third part is the electrical control part, which consists of general electric and frequency converter.
3. Gantry Welding Machine
Gantry welding machine is the professional welding equipment for H beam welding. Its main transmission equipped with cycloid turbo reducer motor drive, AC frequency inverter control drive, stable speed, digital display linear speed, reliable performance. With mechanical tracking mechanism to guarantee the welding gun aimed at welding seam precisely. SAW welding power fixed on gantry frame to move along trolley, let the welding machine control cable and welding cable is short, so it with good feedback performance, fast speed response, low pressure drop and welding current accurate and stable. Welding control and trolley control with linkage control, convenient and reliable for operation.
4. Steel Flange Straightening Machine
Steel flange straightening machine is mainly used to correct the deformed wing plate of h-beam steel after welding. Its main drive adopts 22kw motor and cycloidal pinion reducer to drive, with high transmission efficiency and fast correction speed. The press-down device is driven by patented ultra-low speed motor with large output torque and smooth operation. All the rectification rollers are made of high quality alloy steel, and through advanced heat treatment, to avoid the parts prone to crack defects.
